How do I contact customer service?

What shipping methods are available?

Currently, we only ship through USPS.

When are orders shipped?

Orders placed are normally shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or most US holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States, to U.S. Territories, & APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take to get my package?

Typically 3-7 Business days via USPS First Class.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

How do I track my order?

All orders are assigned a tracking number. This allows us to know when an order has been delivered. A confirmation email with the associated tracking number is sent to all customers who order on trickyrabbit.com as soon as the order is processed for shipping. You’ll be provided a custom link to a tracking page that will show ship date, progress, and estimated delivery date.

What payment options are available?

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal payments.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your trickyrabbit.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, within 30 days of order shipment date.

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
